Nemson Tyres Pvt. Ltd. manufactures tyres for the vehicles that carry most of India: commuter motorcycles, mopeds and scooters, auto-rickshaws, e-rickshaws and tractors. Our plant sits on Siyalaj Gam Road in Kim, Surat, Gujarat, and every tyre we sell carries the Nemson sidewall.
We are a manufacturer first. Compound work, tread design, building, curing and final inspection all happen in-house, which is what lets us tune a pattern for a specific road condition instead of selling one tyre for every use.
Mixing to curing,
under one roof
Rubber compounding, bead and carcass building, curing and finishing run as one line at Siyalaj. Keeping the process in one place shortens the distance between a compound trial and a tyre on a dealer's rack — and it means a problem is ours to fix, not a supplier's to explain.
Finished tyres are dimension-checked and load-tested batch by batch before they are boxed. Tyres that miss the mark do not get a Nemson sidewall.

Each tread pattern is developed for a defined use — wet city tarmac, broken district roads, soft field soil — rather than stretched across all of them.
Built for real loads
Carcass and bead specifications assume loaded rickshaws and tractors working long days — the way these vehicles actually run in service.
Checked before it is boxed
Dimension and load checks are done batch by batch in our own inspection area, and rejects are scrapped rather than sold as seconds.
Straight dealing with dealers
Clear terms, protected territories and mixed-segment dispatch from Kim, so a dealer can stock five vehicle types in a single load.
Kim, Surat — on the Gujarat trunk route
Being on the Surat–Bharuch corridor means loads leave the plant and reach Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh dealers without a transhipment stop.
